Hi Boulder Sriders,
I have decided to cancel training this evening. It is not worth it to try and run hard outside. One slip or fall and you can be out for weeks.
Training for the 6.30 am marathon group will be cancelled on Wednesday April 10th due to weather.
Week 2 - March 11th thru 17th
With the weather looking very iffy for Saturday March 9th...you would benefit more by doing the Workout indoors on a treadmill.
