Spring Marathon and Bolder Boulder Training

Please join Striders for a 12 week  training program geared towards Bolder Boulder May 27th which will incorporate the Rudi's Half marathon/10 miler/5 miler Races on April 7th.

All levels of runners welcome.

Please feel free to pop in for a sesssion to see how we train and if it's a good fit for you.

Our current winter session is in progress and finishes February 24th...you are welcome to join in and get a head start on your Bolder Boulder training.

We also have a marathon program starting the week of February 4th for Boston and Colorado Marathons.
