Boulder Striders Spring Session – Prepare for Bolder Boulder May 30th    
Come Train with others who have the same Goal as yourself
12 Week Training Program consists of 3 Weeks Base, 1 Down Week and 8 Weeks of Group Workouts
Base Meeting Times: Wednesday’s @ 7:00 am OR 9:00 am OR 5:30 pm (Mar 9th/Mar 16th/Mar 23rd)
Down Week Meeting Time: Wed @ 7:00 am OR 9:00 am OR 5:30 pm (Mar 30th)
There will be 6 TRAINING GROUPS: Advanced, A, C, D, K and M as follows:
“Advanced” meeting Tue @ 7:00 am and/or 4:30 pm and Sat @ 8:00 am (GOAL TIME: SUB 40)
"A" meeting Wed @ 5:30 pm and Sat @ 8:00 am (SUB 45-50/55-60 OFFERED)
“D” meeting Wed @ 7:00 am and Sat @ 8:00 am (SUB 45 thru 60 OFFERED)
"M" meeting Wed @ 9:00 am and Sat @ 8:00 am (SUB 45 thru 60 OFFERED)
“C” meeting Sat @ 7:30 am ONLY (GOAL TIME: 65+ OFFERED)                                                       
“K” meeting Sat @ 8:00 am ONLY (STUDENTS between the ages of 10 -15)
